At Nitecore Singapore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.

  Pack the Items

  Securely place the unworn apparel in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the item remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier point or schedule a doorstep collection.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 3-5 business days.
